Bundles

Sell products together at one price, or let customers build their own box, as a one-time purchase or a subscription.

A bundle sells several products together with a discount. Subrise has two kinds of bundle, and either kind can also be sold as a subscription.

Plan availability

  • Static bundles are on every Subrise plan.
  • Bundle subscriptions are on the Accelerate and Enterprise plans.
  • Dynamic bundles are on the Enterprise plan.

Where your plan doesn't include them, you see an Upgrade badge or a prompt to choose a plan. See Choose a Subrise plan.

If your plan changes, the dynamic bundles you already have keep working and stay editable. You just can't create new ones.

Bundle subscriptions are marked Beta in the admin.

Where to find bundles

Go to Bundles in the Subrise menu. The page has four tabs:

  • Bundles: your bundles, with their type, status, storefront state and purchases. Statistics for the period you pick sit above the list.
  • Analytics: revenue, orders, conversion and traffic for one bundle or all of them.
  • Orders: every order that includes a bundle. Click Export to download them as a CSV file.
  • Settings: storefront defaults for dynamic bundles. See Show bundles on your storefront.

The statistics and traffic counts include two kinds of adds:

  • Product adds: items customers pick inside a dynamic bundle.
  • Add to cart: bundles added to the cart, static or dynamic.

Static bundles have no items to pick, so Add to cart can be higher than Product adds.

Create a bundle

  1. Go to Bundles and click Create bundle.
  2. Choose Static bundle or Dynamic bundle.
  3. Fill in the bundle and save.

The steps for each type:

Duplicate or delete a bundle

Open a bundle and click Duplicate or Delete at the top of its page. To delete several, check them in the list and click Delete.

Warning

Deleting a bundle doesn't cancel its subscriptions. They keep billing as normal subscriptions until you cancel them one by one from Subscriptions.
