Moving from another subscription app? Our team moves your subscriptions for you, from any platform, usually within 2 to 3 days. Your customers don't need to sign up again.
How long it takes
Most migrations finish in 2 to 3 days.

Each subscription keeps its customer, products, price, frequency, next billing date and payment method. Cards saved in Shopify carry over as they are. If your old app keeps cards with its own processor, such as Stripe or Braintree, tell us on the call.
Start your migration
- Settings > Migration: click Contact our team.
- The Welcome to Subrise wizard, the first time you open Subrise: click Contact our team, or choose I'm switching from another app and pick your app.

What you do
- Book the call and tell us about your current app and subscribers.
- Set up Subrise while you wait: create your plans, add the product widget and customer portal to your theme, and review your customer emails. The Launch checklist covers each step.
- Cancel in your old app. Each subscription must be active in exactly one app. Switch over explains the order.
- Uninstall your old app once its subscriptions are all cancelled, and remove its blocks from your theme.
