Your Subrise plan

See your Subrise plan and free trial, compare plans, upgrade, switch to a smaller plan, or cancel. Charges go through your Shopify bill.

Subrise is billed through Shopify, on the same bill as your Shopify plan. Each Subrise plan has a monthly price plus a small percentage of each subscription order.

There's no separate per-order charge on top of the percentage. Each plan card in Subrise lists the features it includes, and the pricing page compares them side by side.

See your current plan

Go to Settings > Account. The Plan card shows:

  • Your plan's name, with a badge: Paid, Free trial or Not paid.
  • The price, how often it's billed and the transaction fee.

Click View plans to compare plans or change yours.

Your free trial

New stores get a 28-day free trial, which starts when you install Subrise. On Pricing plans, Accelerate is marked Current trial plan with the days you have left.

To keep using Subrise after the trial, choose a plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Account and click View plans, or open Pricing plans from any upgrade button.
  2. On the Launch or Enterprise card, click Select plan.
  3. Shopify opens its approval page. Review the charge and approve it.

If you choose Launch, you keep the trial days you have left and billing starts when they run out. To move to Accelerate during the trial, click Free trial upgrade on the Accelerate card; your remaining trial days carry over.

Note

Choosing Enterprise ends your free trial, and billing starts straight away.

When the trial ends without a plan, Subrise shows Your free trial has ended. Choose a plan to keep using Subrise.

Upgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Account > View plans.
  2. Click Upgrade plan on the plan you want.
  3. Approve the new charge on Shopify's page.

The new plan's features are available as soon as Shopify confirms the charge.

Switch to a smaller plan

  1. On Pricing plans, click Switch plan on the smaller plan.
  2. Subrise asks you to confirm, because features that aren't in the smaller plan stop working.
  3. Click Switch plan, then approve the change on Shopify's page.

Warning

Webhooks are on Enterprise only. Moving from Enterprise to Launch or Accelerate deletes the webhooks you set up under Settings > Webhooks, and they don't come back if you return to Enterprise. See Webhooks.

Cancel your plan

  1. On Pricing plans, click Cancel plan in the title bar.
  2. Confirm in the dialog.

You can cancel once you've chosen a plan. This cancels your Subrise subscription in Shopify. Any free trial days you had left are kept, and you get them back when you choose Launch or Accelerate again.

Warning

Cancelling your Subrise plan doesn't cancel your customers' subscriptions. To stop renewals, turn off Subscription billing in General settings.
