The Subrise team runs your migration with you. We move your subscriptions from any platform, usually within 2 to 3 days.

You can reach us from these places in the admin:

• Settings > Migration: click Contact our team.
• The first step of the Welcome to Subrise wizard, under How are you starting?: click Contact our team.
• The same step, after you choose I'm switching from another app and pick your app under Which app do you use today?: click Contact our team. Click Set up a plan meanwhile to keep setting up while you wait.

Apps we migrate with you

The wizard lists the apps merchants most often switch from, including Recharge, Smartrr, Bold Subscriptions, Shopify Subscriptions, Seal Subscriptions, Appstle Subscriptions, Loop Subscriptions, Skio, Stay AI, Ordergroove, PayWhirl and Recurpay. If yours isn't listed, search for it or click More apps, then choose My app isn't listed and type its name.

Payment methods

Subrise doesn't copy card numbers. Each migrated subscription uses a payment method that Shopify already stores for the customer.

If your old app stores cards with its own processor, such as Stripe or Braintree, Shopify doesn't hold those cards. Tell us so we can plan for it.

What to have ready

• The name of the app you use today, and admin access to it.
• Roughly how many active and paused subscriptions you have.
• Whether you sell prepaid subscriptions.
• Where your old app stores customers' cards: in Shopify, or with its own processor.
• When your next large batch of orders is due, so we can plan the switch around it.
