Integrations

Connect Subrise to Shopify Flow, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Attentive, Mailchimp, Zapier, Shopify Sidekick and your own server.

Subrise sends subscription events to the tools you already use, and some of those tools can act on subscriptions in return. This page lists every integration and where you set it up.

Connect an integration

Every card on Settings > Integrations works the same way.

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click Connect on the integration's card.
  3. Fill in the form, or approve access in the window that opens.
  4. The card shows a Connected badge when it is done.

To change the details later, click Edit on the card, change them and click Update.

To stop sending data, click Edit, then Disconnect, then Yes, disconnect. Integrations you connected by approving access in a window (Klaviyo and Gorgias) show a Disconnect button on the card instead.

Note

Subrise stores API keys encrypted and never shows them again. When you edit an integration, leave the key field blank to keep the saved key, or enter a new one to replace it.

Events, in one place

Klaviyo, Attentive, Mailchimp and Zapier receive the same core subscription events. Some events go to some tools only: Mailchimp doesn't get the trial and cancellation flow events, and Klaviyo also gets its own lifecycle events and a gift shipment event. Integration events lists each one with its fields and the tools it goes to.

Shopify Flow and webhooks have their own payloads, documented on their pages.

Building your own integration

For anything not listed here, use webhooks to receive events and the Developer API to read and change subscriptions.
