Tags
Subrise tags customers and orders in Shopify, so you can filter them, build segments and trigger automations. Rename any tag here, or enter several tags for one event separated by commas.
See Tags for every tag and when Subrise adds it.
Shop-wide switches
These two switches affect your whole shop. Each one saves as soon as you change it.
| Switch | When off |
|---|---|
| Customer emails | Subrise sends no subscription emails to customers. They aren't told about any change to their subscriptions. |
| Subscription billing | Subrise charges no renewals for the whole shop. |
Warning
While Subscription billing is off, no subscription renews on its own. Orders are still created by Run billing now on a subscription, by the Shopify Flow action Bill subscription now, and by new checkouts. Turn it back on as soon as you're ready. When you turn billing back on, subscriptions whose billing date passed while it was off are charged on the next billing run. We recommend turning billing off while you migrate from another app, so customers aren't charged twice. See Switching to Subrise.
To turn off one email rather than all of them, see Email notifications.
